Official Title

An Open-label, Phase Ib/II, Safety and Efficacy Study of the Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK) Inhibitor, PCI-32765, and Ofatumumab in Subjects with Relapsed/Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL)/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) and Prolymphocytic Leukemia.

Purpose

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of different schedules of orally administered PCI-32765 in combination with intravenously (IV) administered ofatumumab.
